The Silver Stork Executive Team

Marta Loeb - Founder and President, Mom to Max

Silver Stork founder and President, Marta Loeb is an entrepreneur, a lover of consumer intelligence and a creative spirit. Marta uniquely brings together strong business acumen, a keen marketing sense and 'nose' for market research and intelligence.

Prior to Silver Stork, Marta founded Y-Access; a youth market intelligence company specializing in research with teenagers. Serving as President and Managing Partner, Marta was the creative inspiration for the company and a catalyst for Y-Access' unique approaches to qualitative research. Y-Access was highly profitable and achieved market leadership within the first two years of operation at which point, Alloy, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALOY) purchased the company.

Marta honed her marketing skills in all of the major marketing communication disciplines including sales promotion, advertising, Public Relations and marketing research. She has served as counselor, advisor and manager for many brand and companies including Pepsi, Kraft, Nabisco, Dunkin' Donuts, Reebok, JanSport, Playtex, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and AT&T Wireless.

Mom to Max, (age 3), Marta holds an MBA from the Executive Program at Boston University, as well as degrees in Mass Communications and Fashion Merchandising. She has completed several advanced education programs at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management's Executive Education Program at Northwestern University. Marta is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Advertising Research Foundation and the National Association for Female Executives.

Marta extends her passion for children by being an active volunteer at Children's Hospital in Boston and a member of the Children's Hospital League. She is the co-founder of Cookies for Kids, a fundraising initiative, started in 2002, to support pediatric cardiac surgery research and the building of a new Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital Boston.
